Spinetix – ARYA – Onboarding Training

Description

For new users of SpinetiX ARYA the SpinetiX Professional Services Team provide 2 sessions of 1 hour live online training to help your team get oriented with the product. The first session will include all the topics you need to get started:

1. How to add a player
2. How to set your Template colors, fonts and logo to match company branding
3. How to use Project templates
4. How to upload content
5. How to create custom Projects
6. How to use the various elements & functionality inside a project
7. Introduction to content/player tagging
8. Setting user permissions
9. Intro to User Tagging (advanced user permissions based on content and players)

The second training is for you to ask detailed questions about how to setup SpinetiX ARYA in your own
context.

Deliverables & Requirements:

The SpinetiX Professional Services team delivers training in English and French only.

Dates and times of training need to be pre-scheduled according to SpinetiX Professional Services team availabilities and working hours. Customers must allow at least 10 days of notice before training starts.

Customers must provide corporate colors, fonts and logo image file (.png format) to be used during the training sessions (SpinetiX ARYA supports True Type and Open Type fonts only).

Important information:

The SpinetiX Professional Services team highly recommends allowing some time between two training sessions to familiarize yourself with the product so that you can build up your competence and come with prepared questions.
